9-Day Ayahuasca Retreat Itinerary
Day 1: Sunday - Arrival and Introduction

Evening: Welcome circle and introductory chat with facilitators to set intentions for the journey ahead.
Day 2: Monday - First Ayahuasca Ceremony
Morning: Gentle yoga and meditation to prepare the body and mind.
Afternoon: Preparation circle to align for the evening’s ceremony.
Evening: First Ayahuasca Ceremony guided by our experienced team.
Day 3: Tuesday - Rest and Integration
Morning: Rest and recovery with optional meditation and journaling.
Afternoon: Integration circle to process insights from the ceremony.
Evening: guided meditation to aid relaxation and integration.
Day 4: Wednesday - Second Ayahuasca Ceremony
Morning: Yoga and breathwork to balance energy and prepare for the day.
Afternoon: Preparation circle to set intentions for the evening’s journey.
Plant bath to clean and prepare the body
Evening: Second Ayahuasca Ceremony, exploring deeper layers of transformation.
Day 5: Thursday - Ancestral Ceremony and Inner Child Work
Morning: Inner child work to heal past wounds and unlock inner potential. Integration Afternoon: circle to anchor insights and prepare for post-retreat life.
Evening: Ceremony for our ancestors to invite wisdom and blessings.
Day 6: Friday - Third Ayahuasca Ceremony
Morning: Yoga to center and ground the body.
Afternoon: Preparation circle to align for the final Ayahuasca ceremony.
Evening: Third Ayahuasca Ceremony, a culmination of the retreat’s transformative work.
Day 7: Saturday Rest, Reflection, and Closing Yoga
Morning: Rest day with optional meditation, journaling, and nature walks.
Afternoon: Final integration circle and sharing of retreat experiences
Evening: Closing yoga session to ground and align energy.
Day 8: Sunday -Temazcal and closing ceremony
Morning: Temazcal (sweat lodge ceremony) to gournd ourselves and close the retreat
Afternoon: Plant baths for energetic cleansing and renewal.
Evening: Sound healing Journey for deep relaxation.
Day 9: Monday - Departure and Ongoing Support
Morning: Breakfast and closing blessings with facilitators.
