The Recalibration Retreat offers a supportive, structured environment for emotional realignment and nervous system restoration. Fraser River Lodge is an Indigenous-owned sanctuary set in nature, intentionally chosen for its capacity to support reflection, emotional processing, and deep rest. The quiet river and mountain surroundings promote nervous system downshifting and integration, away from daily demands.

We gather on the traditional and unceded territory of the S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō) people. This stretch of the Fraser River — known as Stó:lō in the Halq’eméylem language — has sustained Indigenous communities for generations through life, trade, and connection. We acknowledge the enduring presence and stewardship of the Indigenous peoples of this land.
