About this Retreat
Sinziana Paduroiu is a Multidisciplinary Scientist, Certified Hypnotherapist, and NLP Master Practitioner. With a deep foundation in both science and subconscious transformation, she brings a rare blend of precision, intuition, and holistic expertise to her methods.
In parallel to her scientific career, Sinziana pursued formal training in behavioral science, hypnosis, and bio- and neuro-feedback. She graduated with honors from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), the first accredited college of hypnotherapy in the United States, and earned advanced certifications from the American Hypnosis Association (AHA) in Anxieties and Fears, Rapid and Instant Inductions, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), etc. She is also a certified NLP Master Practitioner and an active member of the AHA.
Drawing from years of interdisciplinary practice, Sinziana developed Neuro-sensorial Programming (NSP) — a signature technique designed to redefine the brain’s sensory associations at a deep subconscious level. This modality helps individuals recode everyday emotional triggers and rewire responses that often escape conscious awareness. Her integrative, results-driven approach combines science, intuition, and eclectic modalities to support rapid transformation and long-term change.
Approaching hypnotherapy and behavioral profiling through the lens of a scientist, P.S. uses her background in coding and AI to uncover correlations within large behavioral data sets. Her work combines the analytical precision of data science with the intuitive depth of subconscious transformation, offering students and clients practical tools to assess behavioral profiles, enhance communication, and facilitate profound personal and professional breakthroughs.
Her evidence-based yet intuitive methodology combines scientific rigor with eclectic modalities, enabling clients to dismantle limiting patterns and access new levels of clarity, freedom, and aligned action.
