Pause & Reconnect – 3 Day Inner Healing Retreat

Note: The schedule is gently structured while allowing space for rest, reflection, and individual pacing. Activities may flow organically based on group needs, weather, and safety considerations.

🌿 DAY 1 – ARRIVE • PAUSE • GROUND

Theme: Safety, Slowing Down & Nervous System Settling

Morning / Early Afternoon
Arrival & Check-in
Participants arrive, settle into the space, and acclimatize to the natural surroundings.
A gentle orientation helps create a sense of safety, ease, and belonging.
Opening Circle & Intention Setting- A guided opening circle to:
Introduce the retreat container
Establish group agreements and emotional safety
Set personal intentions for the retreat journey

Afternoon
Mindfulness & Body Awareness Practice- A gentle, guided mindfulness session to:
Shift out of “doing mode”
Bring awareness into the body and breath
Begin nervous system regulation

Conscious Movement & Somatic Flow
Slow, intuitive movement to release surface-level tension and reconnect with bodily signals.

Evening
Tibetan Sound Healing Session- A deeply restorative sound journey using Tibetan singing bowls and therapeutic instruments to calm the nervous system and support emotional release- promote deep rest after travel

Night Reflection / Journaling (Optional)
Gentle prompts to reflect on sensations, emotions, and intentions.

🌊 DAY 2 – RELEASE • EXPRESS • HEAL

Theme: Emotional Release, Inner Child Healing & Expression

Guided Breathwork for Emotional Release- A trauma-aware breathwork session focused on:
Releasing stored stress and emotional residue
Supporting safe emotional discharge
Increasing body awareness and grounding
Flute Meditation for Calm & Integration
Live flute meditation to soothe the mind, deepen presence, and integrate the breathwork experience.

Late Morning / Early Afternoon

River Walking & Nature-Based Grounding
A mindful river walking experience (weather & safety permitting), designed to- Ground the body through natural sensory input- Regulate the nervous system- Symbolise emotional release and letting go
Participants move slowly, consciously, and only within their comfort.

Afternoon

Inner Child Healing Session
A guided therapeutic session to- Explore emotional patterns with compassion- Reconnect with unmet inner needs- Begin gentle emotional repair

Psychodrama-Inspired Dialogues- Structured dialogue and role-play exercises to- Express unspoken emotions- Explore inner conflicts safely- Build insight, empathy, and emotional clarity
Participation is always optional and choice-based.

Evening

Primal Expression & Emotional Discharge (Primal Scream)
A carefully facilitated release practice allowing participants to express stored emotions through sound and voice—held with grounding, containment, and integration.

Bonfire Circle & Community Sharing 🔥
An evening of reflective sharing, listening, and connection around the bonfire.

🛫 Nearest Airport: Gaggal Airport (Dharamshala – DHM)

This is the closest airport — about 6-11 km away from the retreat.

How to reach Dev Bhoomi from the airport:

Pre-book a taxi (recommended for comfort) — ~20–30 min drive to Village Paasu.

Local taxi/or rickshaw are also available just outside arrivals.

Some retreats and hotels arrange pickup on request (check when booking).

Flight Notes:

Regular flights operate into Gaggal from Delhi and Chandigarh (seasonal schedules).

Pathankot Cantt Railway Station (PTKC / Pathankot Junction)
→ ~85–90 km from Dharamshala.
→ Best connected to major cities like Delhi, Amritsar, and Chandigarh.

→ ~25 km from Dharamshala.

From the station to the retreat:

Take a taxi directly from Pathankot or Kangra to Dev Bhoomi — ~2–3 hrs from Pathankot and ~1 hr from Kangra Town by road.

Dharamshala is well-connected by road transport from North India.

Delhi → Dharamshala: Frequent buses (HRTC & private) from ISBT Kashmiri Gate (overnight journey ~10–12 hrs).
