The 100-Hour Focus Forge: A Men's Neuro-Spiritual Intensive in the Himalayas
An Invitation for Men to Master Their Inner Operating System

This is not a retreat for escape. It is a 100-hour intensive bootcamp designed for men who are ready to dismantle distraction, rewire conditioned thinking, and forge an unshakable capacity for focus and action. Set in the powerful silence of the Himalayas, we blend modern neuroscience with ancient wisdom into a practical, lifelong framework.

The Core Framework: Set, Reset, Sweat
You will learn and install a complete neuro-spiritual operating system:

SET: Understand your brain's hardware to master attention.

RESET: Rewire your mind's software by uncovering and transforming outdated beliefs.

SWEAT: Anchor awareness in your body through unique Blind Bird Meditation, learning to take judgment-free action.

What Makes This Retreat Unique:

Men-Only Container: A focused, brotherhood environment for deep vulnerability and undistracted work.

The Blind Bird Practice: A proprietary moving meditation that trains awareness in action.

Scientific & Spiritual Integration: Daily sessions on neuroscience, storytelling for belief change, and consciousness tracking.

Himalayan Immersion: Live in a personal tent in Leta Village, eating organic, local food, disconnected to reconnect.

A Lifelong Tool, Not a Temporary High: You will leave with a clear, daily 1-hour practice to sustain this focus at home.

This is for you if:
You feel mentally scattered, reactive, or held back by invisible patterns. You are ready to move beyond theory into rigorous practice. You seek not just peace, but command.

Join 34 other men. Leave with your own operating manual for focus, freedom, and fearless action.
