In the hustle and bustle of modern life, we often lose connection with what truly matters. This retreat is an invitation to pause, reflect, and realign with your inner self. This experience combines both external and internal cleansing. On the external level, you will be introduced to a mindful perspective on lifestyle and personal care. We will discuss common beauty and wellness products, helping you become more aware of what we consume and how it affects our body and mind. On the internal level, we practice yoga, meditation, and pranayama, designed in a gentle sequence to support energy flow, emotional release, and mental clarity. These ancient techniques, rooted in our Vedic tradition, are adapted to today’s lifestyle needs.

Through guided sessions, you will gain a deeper understanding of chakras (our energy centers) — what they represent, how blockages are formed, and how conscious practices can support healing and balance. While one retreat cannot transform everything, it can offer you clarity, direction, and practical tools to continue your journey.

To support mental clarity and inner balance, we encourage a simple and mindful routine during the retreat. Participants are invited to reduce or avoid alcohol, smoking, heavy foods, and excessive caffeine, as these may interfere with rest and awareness. Personal comfort and choice are always respected.

Alongside inner work, you may also enjoy light hiking, city exploration, or rest, depending on your preference. The retreat is flexible, and your well-being is always the priority. This retreat is all about awareness, alignment, and conscious living — so you return home feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
