"I had my first Bufo experience in Barcelona with the Avalon team on November 8th,2024. Ness and her team were incredible in guiding us through the journey! "My wife and I recently attended our first ayahuasca retreat, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, largely thanks to the incredible Avalon team (too many to mention all the names and yet I could not leave anyone out). From the moment we arrived, their warmth and authenticity made us feel at home. "What can I say ?! I really found it a lifetime changing experience. I am normally a down te earth typical Dutch guy, and if you had asked me before then I would be .quite sceptical about something like this. But now looking back I would love to see that they could make this mandatory for all the leaders and politicians and even for the big corporate guys. I believe if they could do this, the world would look a lot different. Don’t get me wrong I am an entrepreneur as well and I am also a kapitalist. But I mean to say the changes they can maybe start to make are on a different kind of level. I can’t describe the ayahuasca experience it self that’s something what you have to experience yourself. So I don’t even go there. But what I can say if your thinking about doing it ?! DO IT ! And if you have the possibility to do it with the Avalon family.then do so. I could not have been in better hands. What a team ! It’s not just the Ayahuasca, it’s the total package. From the food, the talks, the accommodation, the massage, the yoga, the nature.and of course the bonding with the people. I have learned in 4 days more then in the last 10 years on so many levels. Just 1 more thing what I want to say what might people might think (at least I did) it’s just a company who wants to make money. And now I have witnessed it ! no it’s not.It are all really professionals who really want to help other people. And when you leave there then you also understand why they do it ! "I had a one to one phone call with Ammy at the beginning before deciding if I wanted to go with Avalon and straight away she made me feel comfortable, she listened to my story and answered all of my questions right up until the day of the retreat, I had many questions regrading the diet, where to eat in Barcelona and about the retreat itself and when ever i messaged she replied with answers. "I went to Barcelona on the 3rd of August 2024 for a bufo alvarius retreat with Avalon. I was extremely nervous about this one, I've done ayahuasca in peru in after following a calling back in 2022 and it was the most terrifying experience of my life, however it completely changed my life for the better in so many ways. After, I felt a calling for bufo so I spent some time doing my research which is very important with these kind of experiences and I came across Avalon with great reviews I decided to message and go for the one to one video call with Ammy which was great there and then, I decided to book the retreat in Barcelona Ammy made me very comfortable, she listened to my story of why I wanted this and she answered all of my questions. And continued to help me right up until the day of my retreat. When I arrived I was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable, I was very nervous but they really calmed my nerves, the facilitators and shaman very professional and after some meditation and breath work we did the bufo and it was the most incredible experience of my life, I instantly surrendered and they took good care of us, when I came back to my body I was laughing and smiling I felt amazing, and that wasn't the end of it, they then fed us delicious fruits and we then all shared our experiences with each other , we was all supposed to be there we helped one an other through the journey we was a family in this moment and it was beautiful. I highly recommend Avalon to anybody looking for healing with bufo. "

"I can't say enough about this marvelous experience I had with Avalon. Everything was designed in such a way to make my journey a most wonderful one. I felt held and supported. For someone who has difficulty asking for help in the real world, this was an exercise of total surrender that I will hold close to my heart forever. I went full of fear and doubt if it would work for me, if it works at all etc... and I left with way more than I could ever expect. I was contemplating an ayahuasca retreat for around 8 or 10 years. I wish from the bottom of my heart that I had done it earlier. But all happens in good time. If I were to do it again, Avalon would be where I would go. The shaman, the music, the location, the venue, and the support team (those we met and those behind the scenes) were all so beautifully orchestrated into the most beautiful work of art to give us the experience of a lifetime.
