"I had a great week stay at Kranti. Beautiful setting and the healthy great food was a highlight. The teaching was largely very good but a few inconsistencies. Their focus is more on the teacher training so at times the yoga holiday guests feel like an afterthought. Overall a few improvements could be made to enhance the experience. For example my twin room was nice but the bathroom wasn't very clean. Also the yoga mats are only cleaned weekly and staff didn't acknowledge when I flagged that isn't often enough. They could easily fix this by asking guests to wipe mats after use. I'd suggest bringing your own mat!"

"I came to Kranti to do the 200YTT Ashtanga-Vinyasa and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life. Not only is the place dreamy and well-maintained, but the staff is super professional and friendly. Within a few days, I already felt like part of the family. The program is robust and taught with great professionalism. I want to highlight teachers Radhi, Amit, Sonaal, Ricardo, and Sean, although everyone here gives their best to teach and make you feel at home. I really appreciate the safety; I tend to forget things, and I can say that in Kranti and the surrounding areas, you can leave any belongings and they'll stay in the same place for days, it's also a very safe environment for women, considering that many times we are afraid to come alone to India, best place to introduce yourself to Indian life. The food is a owesome, breakfast being the best. There's a great variety of vegetarian and vegan options, and the kitchen staff prepares special dishes if there are any allergies or specific requests. Thank you! I will return to Kranti whenever I come back to India."

Die Anlage ist sehr schön & liegt direkt am Strand! Das Essen ist einfach nur köstlich ♥️ Bzgl Organisation & Planung besteht Bedarf an Verbesserung! Teilweise erhielten wir die schedule spät am Abend und meist immer mit für ein paar Tage! Und die Assessment könnten auch zeitlich besser geplant werden! Ansonsten alles top 👍 "

"Honestly speaking my first impression was not great. I had informed them that I'll be arriving late on the first of January, which I booked a taxi through Kranti from airport to Kranti. As we arrived someone was there who took my bags and carried them inside. Which we had trouble opening the doors, and he was calling some people for help. At this time he asked do I know my room, which I found really odd since I just arrived. After maybe 10 - 15 minutes trying to call different people, he showed me my room, and left. I was in a big big place little lost and my room didn't have a running water. As checking in the next morning I had to ask couple of times for someone to show me around and make me feel welcomed. The first week or so was a big struggle. I had to change my room to another one which was right next to a pub that had parties/ fireworks almost every night, while trying to fall asleep with earplugs on, you can still hear/feel the base of the music. This did continue through the whole month. We as 300hr were put with the 100hr and 200hr for the first weekS. Which in a way didn’t make any sense. Sure it was nice to recap some things, but felt wrong to do that almost half of the training. There was a rule for the teachers that they can not socialize with the students... Which we all found weird! We had couple teacher who had long and deep yoga journeys/knowledge, but also a lot of volunteers and just graduated 200hr students who were teaching us. There were no clocks around so you needed to carry your phone with you to know the time. And I feel like everything was working well after you asked about it at least couple of times. Other than they fixing our clock, or checking what bug made a hole in my pants in our room. The last two weeks were absolutly legendary!! As if I wouldn’t recommend the place after two weeks I actually do recommend it now! We had amazing worshops and classes with amazing teachers. The teachers relaxed and became more of our friends than just teachers. Which I find really important in a spiritual place, were we are all the same! I did feel safe, the place was beautiful, and it’s really chill. You can enjoy all that Goa has to offer in just couple of steps outside of the ashram. If you're looking for a community and chill place to learn about yoga this sure is the best for that!! "

"I really enjoyed my time here in Goa at Kranti Yoga and gained a great experience! My training was a lot of fun, mainly thanks to the beautiful people, my sunny fellow students and our great teachers Kasia, Sean, Guru, Adélaïde, Ricardo, Vladimir, Chris, Audrey, Sonal and Param. It was worth starting the day at 6.30 with Sean and Shatkrya for the brilliant breakfast 😉 I don't feel ready to teach yet and would have been happy to get more practice, but I'm continuing to work on that now."

"The Kranti Yoga school is located in a beautiful setting and the atmosphere created by the Kranti community is an authentic, welcoming environment. The accommodation is comfortable, the food outstanding and the staff were supportive and approachable. The 300hr Vinyasa and Ashtanga TTC required long days of dedication but this never felt too onerous. The Asana, Philosophy and Pranayama classes were really good and my own practice has progressed substantially in the short time away. Practical Workshops were fun and varied, allowing an opportunity to learn safe practices to try some of those more challenging poses. I would have preferred slightly more opportunity to create and teach vinyasa sequences, as well as a few more functional anatomy sessions. But these are only minor things that would certainly not prevent me from recommending the Kranti Yoga school to any potential students."

We got some insights into Yogic philosophy, anatomy, Ayurveda, yoga therapy and of course teaching methodology and alignment. Of course there was not enough time to get very deep into every topic, but they offered some insights and inspiration how much there is to learn. My main teachers were Kasia for Vinyasa and Sean for Hatha. Both of them are amazing teachers and inspiring human beings, so gentle and warm. I’m really grateful to have met them and got the chance to learn from them. They also put a lot of effort into the evening activities like Mantra singing, bonfire at the beach, Bollywood dance class, henna painting, movie night and a sharing circle, which I really appreciated. Also special thanks to the kitchen staff, they were so nice and funny! I learned so much in my time at Kranti Yoga school and it feels like I received a huge present that I am now slowly unpacking. "...and my expectations were high! After visiting their website I was convinced to book my first yoga holiday at Kranti Yoga and I couldn't have found a better place to relax and connect with myself. Kranti Yoga is a beautiful place right by the sea, full of chill-out lounges and yoga and meditation platforms (there is even a tree house where we would do our morning breathing meditation). I am still blown away by the beautiful and loving atmosphere - no music needed, you could feel the harmony. The staff was sweet and helping out wherever they could, the cottages were clean and charmingly arranged with everything you need to feel at home (I loved the hammock and swinging chair) and the kitchen team did an incredible job...every meal was a sensation!! My husband and I enjoyed the yoga and meditation sessions very much (the teachers were amazing - Thank you Eve and Kara!) and we can't wait to come back again. Thank you Kranti Yoga for an extraordinary experience!!"

Our lead teacher Vicki Reynolds was one of the most inspiring teachers I've ever had (university professors included) she really knows how to teach. I recently finished my 300hr YTT here and I loved every single second of it.
