"I spent an amazing few days on the side of Assisi Mountain with two wonderful facilitators. A few weeks previous I was guided to attend a silent retreat and this was where I was guided to. I understand why because during this space I enjoyed the perfect environment I needed to slow down, stop and retreat back into myself. Everything was perfect. The spiritual vibrations on this mountain are blissful. The food so tasty and healthy plus the ease and grace with which my hosts facilitated my retreat. I highly recommend and will be back soon..probably for longer next time 💚"

"Signing myself up for 10 days' retreat here was the best gift I offered myself in many many years.... Pure nourishment to my entire system (my body, my heart, my mind and my spirit all thanked me!). As the famous lines from Rumi point to us “There is a field between right and wrong. I will meet you there” - That field of both loving emptiness as well as richness dwelling in presence is definitely the field I landed in the moment I stepped foot into this stunning Silent Retreat Centre. Shintai and Mayadevi are the most gracious and generous hosts who took care of the smallest details all the way to the big personal enquiries (only if I ask and I wanted it) that called for some wise guidance, with grace, patience and finesse, all to ensure that the experience offered me joy, ease and growth - all I had to do was simply lean into "being". Brilliant surroundings, brilliant food, brilliant silent excursions to Assisi and nature walks, brilliant service, brilliant company, and above all two brilliant HEARTS. I will most certainly be coming back to re-generate in meeting that silence and emptiness, all in an intimate space. I highly recommend it. "
