I'm a breathwork coach and facilitator based in London, and founder of The Breath Space.
Having discovered breathwork four years ago, the practice had a profound impact on me, significantly improving my physical and mental wellbeing, and helping me move through severe anxiety and panic attacks. I truly believe that breathwork is the most universal and powerful tool that we all have access to change our bodies and minds, and live healthier, happier lives.
Having now trained in a different modalities of breathwork, I believe in teaching across the full spectrum; including functional breathing, performance breathing, nervous system regulation and deep healing modalities of breath. I started The Breath Space as an accessible way for anyone to experience this blossoming area of healing and personal growth. My goal is to provide you with the tools to work it into your daily life, as well as creating an environment to go deeper and understand new elements of yourself.
