About Fitness Retreat
Fitness Retreat
Mission & Vision
Fitness Retreat was founded by Eric Viskovicz, a lifelong athlete, collegiate and semi-pro competitor, and bodybuilder who saw firsthand where traditional fitness systems fall short. From military-style endurance training to elite athletic precision reserved for the few, Eric recognized that most people were never given access to a complete, science-based system.
That changed after discovering Dr. Peter Lemon’s groundbreaking research on protein, lean muscle, and training intensity — proving fat loss and muscle preservation could happen simultaneously with the right approach.
Fitness Retreat exists to bring elite-level training, data-driven nutrition, and real accountability to everyday people — creating sustainable transformation, not quick fixes.
