Portugal Yoga Retreats is a project of The Yoga Vedanta Association of Lisbon, founded in 2004, the Official Center in Portugal of the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Organization. It is dedicated to the teaching of classical Yoga and Vedanta to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Internationally recognized, the Organization is esteemed as one of the most important and authentic yoga institutions in the world.
