Aude is a warm, approachable, and highly skilled Psychotherapist, Transformational Coach, and NCH Hypnotherapist with over a decade of experience practicing in Surrey, UK.
Through over a decade of private practice at Aude Therapy, she has developed and led the Mind Clarity Retreats for over 3 years now with a fantastic team of experts in their field, sharing their joined years of knowledge and effective techniques with our retreat guests.
With a down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach, Aude helps her clients tackle challenges like Narcissistic Abuse, Anxiety, Burn-out, and ADHD traits. She’s dedicated to empowering each person by helping them better understand their mind and how it responds to life’s challenges. Aude's practical, yet compassionate approach focuses on giving her clients the tools they need to heal, cope, and move forward with long-lasting strategies that work for them.
Aude’s style is honest, direct, and empathetic, with a touch of humour to make the journey feel lighter. She’s committed to providing a safe, confidential space for her clients, adhering to the ethical standards of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and the National Council of Hypnotherapy to ensure their well-being every step of the way.
Yoga Siromani and Meditation Teacher
Yogacharya Umesh's yoga practice and passion started at the age of 12. He then studied in Gurukul, India where he learnt Yoga as a way of life. Since then, furthered his knowledge from various Gurus. Certified by Sivananda Ashram, India as a “Yoga Siromani”.
Presently, a yoga consultant at Kamkus Healthcare Clinic, Harley St. London. Awarded by “The World Book of Record” at House of Commons, London in the field of Yoga and Spirituality. Have taught authentic style of yoga to various major institutions in the U.K., India and Africa.
His teachings include the traditional style of Hatha yoga, how to incorporate yoga into your daily life, off-the-mat yoga, how to breathe correctly and various breathing techniques to overcome stress and anxiety. Different tools to start or go deeper into meditation. Yoga philosophy and the essence of yoga.

Anxiety and ADHD traits cover a spectrum of maladaptive emotional regulation patterns in response to external or internal triggers (conscious and unconscious) due to altering past experiences, childhood, or neurodivergence.
There are a lot of misconceptions about the root causes and symptoms of Burnout being so much more than 'doing too much for too long' whilst possibly feeling anxious or depressed. Overcoming and healing from Burnout requires deeper insight and understanding of one's sense of Self and relational patterns stemming from childhood.
