About this Retreat

I am Ángela, a creator and an explorer of movement.
I grew up surrounded by set design, painting, dancing, and also skating.
I have always been interested in communication and human relationships; I guess that’s why I’ve spent the last ten years living in different countries around the world. Philosophy has also been a world very close to me.
From all this background, I created Resonancias in June 2025 — a laboratory of somatics and creativity. A space where we allow ourselves to express all our parts through theatre improvisation, visual expression, movement, and human connection. Our focus is to feel the present with the whole body, not only with the mind, so that we can create in a more honest way, bringing greater self-knowledge into our actions to live in a more harmonious state.
In Resonancias, we seek questions rather than answers, and we don’t follow a path of right or wrong — just a sincere walk into the unknown, yet deeply felt, trusting our intuition and our lived experience.

Soy Ángela, creadora y exploradora del movimiento.
Crecí rodeada de escenografía, pintura, danza y también patinaje.
Siempre me ha interesado la comunicación y las relaciones humanas; supongo que por eso he vivido en distintos países del mundo durante los últimos diez años. La filosofía también ha sido un universo muy cercano para mí.
De todo este recorrido nació Resonancias en junio de 2025: un laboratorio de somática y creatividad. Un espacio donde nos permitimos expresar todas nuestras partes a través de la improvisación teatral, la expresión plástica, el movimiento y el vínculo humano. Nuestro enfoque es sentir el presente con el cuerpo entero, no solo con la mente, para así crear de una forma más honesta, integrando mayor autoconocimiento en nuestras acciones y viviendo en un estado más armónico.
En Resonancias buscamos preguntas más que respuestas, y no seguimos un camino de lo correcto o incorrecto: solo un andar sincero hacia lo desconocido pero sentido, confiando en nuestra intuición y en la experiencia vivida.
Details of this retreat
Nature of the Body is an artistic gathering that will take place in the archaeological park of Huchuy Qosqo on December 20th and 21st, to bid farewell to the spring season.
Through an interwoven path of theater improvisation, dance, and voice, we will guide ourselves as a collective toward an interdisciplinary creation. It is an integration not only of the shared practices but also of the desires of our own spirit and of the surrounding nature that accompanies us during these two days.

8:00 – Departure from Pisac
10:00 – Arrival at the space
11:00 – Introductions
12:00 – Lunch
14:00–16:30 – Improvisational Theater Lab
17:00–19:00 –
19:30 – Dinner
Accommodation
· DAY 21
09:00 – Breakfast
10:00–12:00 – Workshop
12:30 – Lunch
14:30–16:30 –
16:30–17:00 – Closing circle
17:30 – Return
Transportation and entrance fees to the park are included.
We will be in contact with the local community, staying in a clay house and eating high-quality local products.
This experience includes one breakfast, two lunches, one dinner, plus fruit and tea available between meals.

Naturaleza del Cuerpo es una convivencia artística que tendrá lugar en el parque arqueológio de Huchuy Qosqo el 20 y 21 de Diciembre, para despedirnos de la primavera.
A partir de un camino entrelazado de improvisación teatral, danza y voz nos conduciremos como colectivo a una producción interdisciplinar. Es una integración no solo de las prácticas compartidas sino de los deseos del propio espíritu y de la naturaleza que nos rodea durante esos dos días.
Vamos a estar en contacto con la comunidad, hospedándonos en una casita de barro y alimentándonos con productos de calidad.
En esta experiencia se incluye un desayuno, dos almuerzos, y una cena, además de frutas y té entre horas.
