There are all kinds of retreats out there—many, if not most, are pretty specialized. At this retreat, though, we’ll be exploring a wide range of practices and experiences that have been most meaningful in our own lives. This weekend is designed as an open, exploratory space—one where you can try different practices and settle into whatever serves you most right now.
Our sessions (all of which are optional) will include meditation, breathwork, guided cold plunges, movement, music, group reflection, and creative workshops. There will still also be plenty of free time to rest, connect, journal, or follow your own inspiration.
If retreats are new to you, you might be amazed by what becomes possible in only a couple of days when a group shows up with the amount of intention these gatherings carry. Our hope is that you’ll leave the weekend feeling rested and renewed, with new friendships, memorable experiences, and a handful of practical tools you can take home to help you stay more grounded, present, and ALIVE in everyday life.
