9:15 AM - Breakfast | Wholesome meal to fuel your day
11:00 AM - Guided nature immersion begins | Journey into the forest
12:30 PM - Lunch in the forest | Nourishing meal surrounded by nature
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Free time for rest & reflection | Nap, journal, walk trails, or simply be
