Details of this retreat

A Three Day Renewal Experience for High-Achieving Women who deserve to slow down - without guilt.

Why The Renewal Project Is More Important Now Than Ever

Burnout, overwhelm, and anxiety are rising at unprecedented levels — especially among women. Between careers, family, and the constant pull of digital life, many of us are stretched thin, running on fumes, and silently burning out.

Most Women are running on empty…
Pulled in every direction, quietly burning out under the pressure to hold it all together. Most days, “caring for yourself” gets squeezed into the 15 minutes between meetings and laundry. Even self-care routines that should help have started to feel like just another item on the to-do list. Traditional “self-care” isn’t enough.

You’ve probably tried:
Over-scheduled retreats that leave you more drained
Wellness fluff that doesn’t stick
Meditation apps that just clutter your phone

The truth is, most relaxation tools only scratch the surface. They give you a brief pause, then fade, leaving you right back where you started: depleted and overloaded.

Step away from overscheduled days and into a rustic cabin retreat designed for rest, connection, and healing.

What Makes The Renewal Weekend Unique
We go beyond what the generic wellness programs are offering.

Small groups, deeper connection.
We keep our gatherings intentionally small. No need to fear the overwhelm of large groups.

Connection as the foundation.
This weekend isn’t about surface-level socializing. Through co-regulation and authentic connection, you’ll experience a sense of relaxed belonging that most social settings can’t provide.

Nature as a guide.

Our unique approach blends nature connection and healing experiences to reawaken your senses and help you return to a more natural rhythm of being.

Enjoy a weekend away from overscheduled days and join a small circle of supportive women in a rustic cabin setting nestled in the forests of Deroche, British Columbia.
Allow yourself to experience true relaxation through:

Gentle morning yoga and qigong
Energy healing and immersive sound baths
Guided nature walks through vibrant forests
Nourishing, wholesome meals shared in community
Spacious time to rest, reflect, and reconnect

From forest walks to fireside sunsets, this retreat offers a chance to slow down without guilt and feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Our biggest promise: You'll feel like family as soon as you step through the door.
