Sacred Living Yoga Immersion
A 100 hour yoga immersion and certification rooted in embodiment, practice and devotion.

Sacred Living Yoga Immersion is a 7 day, nature-rooted experience designed for yoga teachers and devoted practitioners who are ready to reconnect with their spark, deepen their practice, and return to yoga as a sacred way of life.

In the heart of nature, we slow down.
We listen.
We remember why we began this path.

This immersion weaves together embodied asana, intuitive sequencing, meditation, somatic awareness, philosophy, and ceremonial living,  all held in a retreat-style container where practice extends far beyond the mat.

Whether you’re a yoga teacher longing for inspiration, clarity, community, and a deeper connection to your intuitive voice and purpose,or a practitioner longing to immerse yourself in yoga’s wisdom and explore the inner landscape. This journey is an invitation home.

We meet yoga not just as something you do, but as something you are.

By the end of this immersion, you will feel grounded in your practice, clear in your teaching (if you choose to teach), and connected to the earth as a companion in your yogic path and life.

This immersion is for you if…

You’re craving a nature-rooted retreat/immersion that nourishes body, heart, and spirit.
You’re longing to slow down and return to a simpler, more intentional way of living.
You’re a yoga teacher feeling uninspired, burnt out, or longing to reconnect with your purpose and authenticity.
You desire a community that feels supportive, inspiring, and real.
You want to deepen your practice and learn intuitive, embodied pathways that honor the body.
You want to step away from performance and into presence.
You are ready to meet yourself as an extension of nature.
You want a meaningful, transformative training without committing to a full 200/300-hour program.

What Is Sacred Living Yoga Immersion?

A 7-day retreat-style immersion.
Combining asana, inquiry, somatics, meditation and yogic living.
Rooted in nature, ritual and community.

Where we'll be :
Set on 800 acres of fertile land in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, Tierramor is an evolving institute for deliberate transformation. Built with care and intention, its natural architecture, freshwater pool, and expansive landscape offer a grounded container for deep practice and inner work. Life here unfolds in rhythm with the land and the stars, supporting a way of living that is simple, attentive, and deeply connected, an ideal ground for the work we share.
A day in the life
We wake to the sound of monkeys and birdsong, greeting the new day. Early morning  practice and meditation invites the body to open, the breath to settle, and the mind to soften.

Late mornings are devoted to workshops and shared inquiry, where teachings are explored, embodied, and exchanged. Afternoons open into embodiment labs, time to move, sense, experiment, and share yourself in a supportive, collaborative space.

There is space to rest and restore: swimming in the natural pool, journaling, walking barefoot on the land, or simply being. Meals are shared, offering moments of nourishment, connection, and conversation with friends and fellow practitioners.

As the day softens, evenings invite reflection, ritual, and integration. Some days include a guided nature experience, deepening our relationship with the land. Hands touch the soil, we learn and unlearn, listen and remember.

The rhythm is simple and intentional, supporting deep immersion, genuine connection, and the quiet work of coming home.

Getting Here

Location icon Tierramor, Tierramor, Guanacaste Province, Nosara, Costa Rica

Directions

We recommend flying into Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR), if possible, as it's significantly closer to Nosara. If you are renting a car, then you would definitely rent a 4x4. The majority of roads are unpaved, dirt roads and require a specialised car.

Accommodation

There are 10 beautiful casitas and 3 roomy bell tents that are ready to host. Wi-Fi is available at the kitchen and the Temple, but not the casitas or bell tents. Overall, we have capacity for 30+ guests (all accommodations have access to showers & shared bathroom space): - 4 Dorms with 4 guests per casita (2 x Bunk Beds per room) - 2 semi-private Casitas with 2 guests per casita (2 x Single Beds per room) - 4 private Casitas with a Full Bed (each is available for one or two people to share one bed, with outdoor suspended nets for extra relaxation) - 3 Large Canvas Bell Tents (each is available for one or two people to share one tent) - Bring your own tent

Here, you wake to the sounds of the forest, share in simple rhythms, and enjoy access to sunrise over the mountains and sunset over the Pacific.

Beautiful Afternoon
Very lovely setting. Off the rugged roads in the mountains. Amazing Maloka and outdoor pools with incredible views of the Costa Rican landscape and ocean. I enjoyed the special Valentine’s day Kundalini event there on 2/14/2026. It a was very high vibrational and intentional. Well held.

The land = extraordinary; the "retreat" = meh
This event felt like a hodge-podge. There was almost no Kirtan. Really average.

The drive up there was frightening and I would have wanted a much more serious warning before purchasing the ticket. This should be made MUCH MORE CLEAR on the website and when doing the actual purchasing.

The land and Mallorca were extraordinary = UNPARALLELED.

The dinner was excellent, in fact one of the best I've had.

Highly mixed bag.

Hostil Stay
The experience at Tierramor was quite "hostile," a land high on a hill with winds that not only unnerve you, making it impossible to relax, but also shake the small, fragile, and rustic cabins, which are poorly furnished with minimal furniture. We had to put all our clothes on the floor and a small wooden table. There were no hooks to hang clothes on, nor bedside tables. The shower water, falling and being blown away by the wind, made it impossible to shower.

The kitchen, the cabins, and the maloca are separated by hills that keep you physically active throughout your stay. It's impossible to relax at Tierramor, as there isn't a single cozy or comfortable space for a nap or simply to rest and recover from the intense winds on the hill.

The food is okay, sometimes very good, sometimes just so-so. I understand cleaning your own dishes as part of a collaborative and community experience, but being asked to even dry and put them away seems unnecessary to me and only creates a feeling that you have to do everything yourself and you go from being a "guest" to being a volunteer.

Highly recommended !
I took the Earth and Lime course at Tierramor and learned a great deal. I hope to apply what I learned soon when building my own house. The location is outstanding, and course was led professionally by instructors from different disciplines. The group dynamic was excellent. I m very grateful for the experience.

Great food, beautiful space
Food was insanely good. The space is beautifully curated. DJ/music for ecstatic dance was terrible. I really wanted to dance, but it was not the vibe.
