You are welcome to arrive from 4pm onwards on Wednesday 26th March. You can take the afternoon to relax in the house, maybe to enjoy the pool and terraces or talk a stroll into town.
That evening there will be a welcome talk and a short wind down session before dinner.

I will offer morning meditations focussing on cultivating the heart through joy and equanimity. Asana practice will follow weaving breath work into classical namaskars and creative vinyasa practice. In the afternoons there will be a variety of offerings: talks and workshop style classes, yoga nidra, a cacao ceremony and a sound bath.
We will take a short boat trip to one of the islands for dinner and another evening have dinner in the town.
Daily breakfast/brunch will be at around 10:30 and dinner around 7pm.
On the final day, there will be a morning practice, then an earlier brunch, with departures by 11am.
