About this Retreat
Sarah Lee is a yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher, university professor, and lifelong student of contemplative practice. Her work brings together yoga, meditation, and psychology to create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate more awareness and compassion for self and others. Sarah believes these practices are not something we practice only on our mat or meditation cushion; they are ways of relating to ourselves, one another, and the world with presence, curiosity, and kindness.
Sarah completed her 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Jason Crandell and is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program founded by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She is also a Certified Change Coach through Dr. Amy Johnson and holds degrees in Psychology and Music. Her intention is to offer a welcoming space where every participant can remember the wholeness that has been present all along.

Details of this retreat
What if there is nothing to fix? What if there is nothing missing? What if the peace, wisdom, and wholeness you seek have been here all along?
In the midst of our busy lives and endless demands, it is easy to lose touch with ourselves. Returning Home is an invitation to slow down, quiet the noise, and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within. Throughout the weekend, we'll explore yoga, mindfulness meditation, contemplative practices, and time in nature as pathways to greater presence, self-compassion, and inner stillness. Rather than striving to become someone new, we'll practice remembering who we already are.
This retreat warmly welcomes people of all backgrounds, identities, ages, bodies, and levels of experience. Whether this is your very first yoga or meditation practice or you are a seasoned practitioner, you'll be invited to participate in ways that honor your own body, experience, and intentions. By the end of the weekend, you'll leave with practices and tools to cultivate mindfulness in everyday life, along with a renewed sense of self-trust, awareness, and compassion that you can carry home with you.
