Your Guides
Laura’s wellness journey began in the sunny state of Florida, USA. In 2016, Laura completed her first YTT and since then has gone on to complete a Rocket Vinyasa Teacher Training.
Laura teaches and runs yoga retreats full time in Rome, welcoming yoga enthusiasts from all over the world. Her teaching style is approachable and non-competitive, creating a comfortable environment for beginners to explore the practice while challenging advanced practitioners to reach their potential.
For her, yoga is not just a physical practice (asana) but also an opportunity to experience the spiritual, emotional, and mental benefits of this ancient practice.

2. We've hand-picked the best adventures to make your trip one you'll never forget... What sort of adventures, you ask? Think Catacomb tours, local hot spots that tourists have no idea about, rooftop bars with views to die for and all that Rome has to offer.
You can head off on your own or we truly believe adventures are best shared with new friends... So, grab some of the group to explore the city at your leisure. You can visit the famous Colosseum, Vatican City, or take a stroll through the charming streets of Rome. You can also indulge in some of the most exquisite Italian cuisine, shop for souvenirs or relax in a local café.
3. Your evening will begin, resetting yourself back for your second daily dose of yoga, with some time to relax after your day exploring.
