About this Retreat
My yoga is designed to fire up the body by increasing stamina, strength, flexibility, and balance. I aim for every student to take something off the mat, whether it be through physical gain or internal self discovery.
Maëva is a fitness coach who is passionate about empowering her students to embrace the unique strengths. She will give you the push you need for you to keep going even when it feels hard. Maëva's classes will leave you feeling sweaty, strong and euphoric.

Our retreat is more than a vacation; it's a holistic experience designed to harmonize the mind, body, and soul. The ocean's energy will awaken your spirit and rejuvenate your body and as the sun dips below the horizon, you will transition into the calming world of yoga.
You will get to escape the ordinary by immersing yourself in a fusion of surf and yoga in Lagos Portugal, where every wave and every pose becomes a step towards your personal sanctuary.

Casa Arte is located in Lagos, in the sunny South of Portugal. With a landscape made up of nature reserves, golden cliffs, hidden grottos, incredible beaches with azure blue water. A singularly beautiful coast with small, charming and typical fishing villages, western Algarve remains one of Portugal’s least domesticated regions.

We are help you with this part of the retreat since we know finding a cost friendly and conviennent flight can be challenging.
The nearest airport is the Faro airport.
If you are coming from the U.S, we suggest booking a flight to a bigger city or toronto then booking a second flight to the Faro airport. From there, we will take care of the rest
BONUS: Since we understand coming to Europe may be a long journey for you, most of us will be traveling around Europe afterwards so if you'd like to join in on the fun, we suggest booking a one way flight then booking your retreat depending on where you plan on leaving from!

Casa Arte is located in the heart of Lagos Portugal. The villa is over 350 sqm and lies hidden in the middle of 2 acres of landscaped gardens with pines, palms, olive trees and many other kinds of fruit trees. Here you will feel the warmth of the portugal sun kiss your skin as you relax by the pool and feel like a queen with every feature placed with intention and love.
