Our jewel of the mind programme focuses on guided meditational practices in a short space of time so that you can actively apply our techniques in your every day living. Too often, we retreat and then do not know how to integrate our practice into the busy modern day. Schedule
The agenda is flexible, so if you prefer a late start we can rearrange the sessions to fit in with your day. Meditations are integral to the retreat and integrated throughout all the sessions so that you will feel its as natural as breathing and can feel confident to continue your mindful practice at home!

Directions
Super easy, Faro airport is approx. 30 mins from Cabanas De Tavira. You can get a bus, train or taxi to Cabanas. There is a small train station in Cabanas and this is within easy walking distance to the retreat pads. The shuttle bus from Faro airport takes you directly to the central bus or train station as they are right next to eachother. Just take the connecting bus or train direct to Cabanas. A taxi fare from the airport to the retreat centre averages approx. 60 euros.
Accommodation
Our lovely retreat pads are private and available individually or to share with friends. All of the retreat pads have access to a swimming pool. Each retreat pad is in walking distance to the retreat hub where some of the retreat activities take place. The retreat pads can be viewed in more detail on our website www.nanoretreats.com
