PERSONAL JOURNEY. My name is Nico Andonakis and I truly embody the practices and methodologies I teach. Having endlessly suffered as a man in today's society, I turned my pain into purpose by using my traumatic experiences of not "living up to a man's standard" to develop methodologies to support men who endured similar journeys. I have supported many men to resurrect their lives. From guiding CEOs to be confident in the bedroom and not just in the boardroom to the father who uses his new skills to spend more time with his family, the style of men's work I bring a level of trust, safety, and confidence for men to share their most vulnerable stories.

ARCHETYPE. Indigenous knight. Light warrior who grounds and empowers to improve the world.

PERSONAL JOURNEY. My name is Alejandro Carbó and I am deeply passionate about creating beauty. Passion is nothing but love turned into action, it is the fire that guide us towards expressing who we really are. The product of that love, then, became Avalon. A great canvas where I paint with conscience and, together with a wonderful family, we trace colours, textures and shapes in order to share what has changed our lives and helps us create the highest version of ourselves.⁠My personal story has three deep wounds and revelations, perhaps some of them we share. The first is the fear of suffering, of being hurt, and therefore transforming it into the acceptance of pain. The second is being trapped in the mind and the thoughts and therefore remembering to connect with my feelings and be in the present. The third is the attachment to my individuality and personal identity and therefore surrendering to the dissolution of my ego.⁠After going through two years Neuro Linguistic Programming training, two months backpacking in north India, ten day Vipassana meditation program, and one year focused in nutrition and movement, in my process of self-knowledge the Great Spirit blessed me with the encounter with the sacred Ayahuasca. At this moment all the pieces of the chaotic puzzle of my life fell into place and made sense. I remembered who I really am, I remembered that all the answers are within me, I remembered to love myself and I remembered what I’m here for.

Mauricio Albanés

ARCHETYPE: Sage. Conventional and alternative medicine integrator. Seeker and sharer of truth. PERSONAL JOURNEY: I was born in 1963 in Atiquizaya, El Salvador. I am a medical doctor from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico in 1986 and I am in service since then. I post graduated in general surgeon from the Central University of Venezuela in 1999. I have experience in emergency surgery, shock trauma and laparoscopic surgery. My path in the spiritual world begins with a near death experience in 2017, a heart attack. Since then I began to study thanatology -the study of death-, I investigated and innovated in neuroscience and found the best references on the study of the soul in Jewish Kabbalah. Shortly after, in 2018, the sacred medicines completely changed the lives of me and my family members. Since then I have dedicated myself to observe and study the effects, benefits and contraindications with entheogenic substances specifically: Ayahuasca, Yopo, Jurema, Bufo Alvarius, Psilocybin, Iboga and also Kambó. Currently I advise a group of independent facilitators, to reduce risks and achieve more benefits with the proper use of these substances. I have created the Kintsugi method. I have made multiple trips to many countries as a medical advisor, lecturer, teacher and as a facilitation supervisor. I consider that my humanistic and spiritual vision of health provides a transcendent approach to medicine that allows us to integrate multiple perspectives such as shamanic, allopathic and naturopathic. Abel Jalal

ARCHETYPE: Humble creator and alchemist. A caring being who lives in full and sincere gratitude.

PERSONAL JOURNEY: My journey began at a very young age when for the first time I knew what loneliness was, non-identification, and completely not knowing what love tasted like, in any form. After many changes in places and environments, no one came close -not a bit- to caress the deep emptiness that lived inside me. And without having a clue that I was building a solid wall around my heart. My daughter was born. And for the first time I understood who I am, I understood what THE UNION is, I understood the essence of life that is LOVE and nothing else. In all the Ayahuasca ceremonies that I have been fortunate enough to attend, it has been confirmed over and over again that LOVE is the only truth that exists. Twenty years of my life were dedicated to cooking and the last five with a very deep connection with plants and the most perfect machine that exists, the human body. If God is in each and every one of us, every time you cook remember that it is for God.

Price for one person. A luxurious, spacious room in a separate building with a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and independent access. All to yourself. Suite rooms are equipped with heating, air conditioning, a daybed, and safe. Each of the 12 bedrooms, with names of goddesses, has been individually designed. Many have lounge areas, private balconies, and terraces with stunning views so guests can fully immerse themselves in outdoor living. The house, which consists of five different buildings, has the feel of a boutique hotel and is part of a permaculture farm focused on restoring the ancient terraced landscape.

Profound experience

I had no idea what to expect coming to this retreat but now reflecting back I couldn't have picked a better place. The location, the team, the services and the atmosphere were all exceptional and literally mind blowing. I wish I could've stayed forever.

Great trip, just needed more time for rest

The trip overall was really great.
Well organised, clear schedule / itinerary, healthy food and nice to have a Europe-based retreat.

The trip would have benefitted from more rest days between each ceremony rather than people being exhausted between ceremonies.

No words can do justice to the experience!

I can't say enough about this marvelous experience I had with Avalon. Everything was designed in such a way to make my journey a most wonderful one. I felt held and supported. For someone who has difficulty asking for help in the real world, this was an exercise of total surrender that I will hold close to my heart forever. I went full of fear and doubt if it would work for me, if it works at all etc... and I left with way more than I could ever expect. I was contemplating an ayahuasca retreat for around 8 or 10 years. I wish from the bottom of my heart that I had done it earlier. But all happens in good time. If I were to do it again, Avalon would be where I would go. The shaman, the music, the location, the venue, and the support team (those we met and those behind the scenes) were all so beautifully orchestrated into the most beautiful work of art to give us the experience of a lifetime. I highly recommend them.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to the people at Avalon/ WeAreAvalon.love for my incredible experience with Bufo/DMT. I had done quite a bit of research on possible locations and can say without question Avalon is the best there is. With any ceremony like this it's imperative to be in a safe, LEGAL loving environment with people you trust! From the safety screening process to the preparation calls to the ceremony with the medicine itself every step was designed for the optimal experience.
