During this 4-day all-women wellness retreat, we will nourish our body with seasonal and organic meals from local ingredients and gentle morning yoga. We will awaken our soul with transformative practices like somatic release, breathwork, and meditation, a new moon ritual, and cacao ceremonies.

We will create beautiful things in a creative ceramics workshop. We will connect with nature through forest bathing, soak in the healing waters of the nearby beach, and surrender to deep relaxation in an immersive, luxury outdoor wellness experience on our magical property—sauna, hot tub, aromatic emotional showers, and the soothing essence of healing herbs and essential oils. Healing massages will also be available upon request.
