Day 1 – Arrival & Intention

Directions

The nearest airports are Carcassonne and Toulouse. We organise pickup and drop off shuttles to coordinate with your flights. Transportation to and from Carcassonne is included in the price; Toulouse has a surcharge of €100.

Accommodation

Guests can choose to share accommodation or have their own private apartment. Each private apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, study and relaxation area, bath or shower room, and double bed.

There is a communal barn and four secluded gardens where you can find peace, rest and tranquility. There is table tennis and darts upstairs in the barn and a fully equipped kitchen and relaxation area downstairs. Yoga mats and cushions are provided.

The basic retreat price includes no meals (self-catering price). Meal options are available and will be designed to suit your specific requirements, including: vegan, vegetarian, and meat based diets.
