Mission & Vision
For some healing means no longer being in pain or having a physical illness; for others it can be the journey towards wholeness; mentally, physically and spiritually. Soul Space is a community that provides the space and support to completely nourish yourself on all levels of being while releasing old programming and limiting beliefs that prevent us from living a life true to ourselves. We explore different healing modalities such as yoga, breathwork, reiki, meditation, sound healing, ancient rituals, and more to rejuvenate our entire mind-body system. We strive to embody our most authentic self and make meaningful connections with those who wish to do the same.
