Mission & Vision
A 6-day immersion into the fundamentals of yoga asana, in the foothills of the Appenini Mountains just south of Milan. Two invigorating yoga practices daily – a vigorous yet accessible morning Vinysasa (flow) class, and a more restorative and grounding practice in the evening. Class sizes are smaller so it’s an ideal way for those new to yoga to access some 1-2-1 tuition in the group class settings.
