At AYA, there’s a large 650 SQ.FT upstairs deck with a view down to the river. Here we hold our activities and ceremonies and where there is space to practice your yoga. So the main building is 100% off grid, oiler and water is sourced on-site, our drinking water comes from a natural well in the village and our waste water is treated before following back to source.

A mix of raw food and cooked/baked food. For you to choose. Vegetarian as well as vegan. Cooking is a very mindful activity for us. We treat the veggies and fruits with love and respect.

Directions

We are located near Vila Longa in Portugal. The easiest way to get here is to book a flight to Francisco de Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO)

From there, you have a few options;

🌱Take express bus to Viseu or Satao, then picked up by AYA team
　If you would like to take bus from Porto airport, Flix bus offer transports to Viseu. It takes about 2:30 hrs
　From Porto city, you can take bus from Camphanã bus terminal to Viseu or Satão. Flix bus and Rede express offer transports and it takes about 2 hrs.
Viseu and Satão are the closest cities to get to with public transport.
From there, we can offer the optional transfer service with our rebirth-mobile to AYA. It takes about 40 minutes.

You can also take bus from Lisbon to Viseu, it takes about 3:30 hrs.

Wonderful

I've been amazed by the loving and accepting atmosphere, the warm welcome, and the very relaxed and nonjudgmental communication. Sanshine especially touched me with her being, and I'm grateful for meeting her. It has been exactly what I needed. I rested, cried, laughed and got in touch with nature walking and dancing around barefoot. I would recommend participating to people who seek simplicity, and closeness to nature and wish to get their minds smoother and more flexible again, but also more peaceful and forgiving.
