Tantra is a very ancient Eastern spiritual movement who is for us, people living in the West, not always easy to fully understand. As a result Tantra can seem complex and distant from our daily lives.
The Connective Tantra School decided to adapt this Eastern wisdom to Western modern standards so that this could be better integrated in our daily lives here in the West.
