We spend a lot of time menu planning for each retreat and shopping at our local farmers markets and health food stores to supplement the fresh produce form our organic garden. Our cuisine is rustic yet gourmet and is served family style. Our meals are prepared fresh each day with great attention to flavor and quality. Our garden is more and more productive and menus are inspired by the best of what we produce. Each morning we serve strong organic coffee, our own free range organic eggs with sprouted bread and jelly, sliced tomatoes, yogurt and our famous homemade granola. We send our guests home stimulated and inspired to cook great meals at home for themselves, their family and friends. We serve our favorite modest local wines throughout the retreat. Please bring any wines that you would like to share with the group and add them to the mix. Every afternoon Eva blends a fresh tea with organic herbs to create a fresh and vibrant herbal beverage. Sagrada cuisine has been a yogi's epicurean delight for over a decade now and we promise meal times at Sagrada will be nourishing and memorable. All meals are included during Sagrada's yoga and wellness retreats.
