YogaMea School was founded by Timéa Vitez, who began her yoga journey in India at Rishikesh Yog Peeth before becoming a teacher trainer herself.
In 2010 she created YogaMea in Goa, and since 2013 the school has been rooted on the beaches of Misano Adriatico, Italy. Today YogaMea offers internationally recognized yoga teacher training in Italy (200, 300, and 500 hrs), transformative yoga retreats, and immersive beach yoga retreats, combining Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and healing massages. Staying true to the ancient traditions of yoga, YogaMea welcomes everyone—from beginners to advanced practitioners—seeking growth, wellness, and professional training in an authentic and supportive environment.
