About this Retreat
Sarah is a licensed psilocybin facilitator, spiritual mentor, and sacred ceremonialist who has been guiding plant medicine journeys since 2021. Her experience began in the traditions of a shamanic church and was followed by certification through the InnerTrek training program. Additionally she holds training in spiritual mentorship, meditation, energy work, and sound medicine.
Drawing from this diverse background, Sarah offers a unique and integrative approach that bridges Eastern and Western healing traditions, blending practical tools with spiritual wisdom. She is especially passionate about combining ceremonial group work with women's work, specializing in navigating grief and loss, life transitions, ritual and earth-based wisdom, spiritual reconnection, and motherhood.
Details of this retreat
This intimate women’s retreat is devoted to honoring sacred feminine wisdom, deepening connection with the Inner Healer, and awakening the light that is ready to rise. We gather in ceremonial space with women who are seeking spiritual growth, emotional healing, and greater inner clarity. Whether you are moving through a life transition or simply longing to reconnect with yourself more deeply, this weekend invites you home to your own truth.
Held in a private home in Vancouver, Washington, we create a sacred container for women to remember the wisdom that already lives within. Ceremony is lovingly woven with plant medicine, meditation, and ritual, offering the support and spaciousness needed to step more fully into yourself this spring.
This is not a retreat from life—it is a return to life’s pulse, and to the truth that awakens when we turn toward the light.
