About this Retreat
Nikki has more than 20 years teaching experience and has been leading 200 and 300-hour teaching trainings for more than 17 years. She is YA500hr E-RYT and was Director of Trainer Development for YogaWorks for more than 7 years where she supported and mentored teacher trainers. She leads intensives, immersions and workshop series in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. She contributes to
Yoga International where you can find her articles and videos. She also contributes video content on
www.yogaanytime.com. Nikki was a 2016
Athleta Ambassador for embodying the Power of She, was sponsored by Zobha, has presented at Yoga Journal conferences and was voted best yoga teacher by Marin Magazine 2016.

Ratna Ling welcomes back Master Teacher Nikki Estrada for a retreat to give yourself a fresh start!
Reset yourself this spring! Join Nikki for a weekend of asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy as we transition into spring season. Refresh mind, energy and body with extended yoga practices, time to rest, delicious food and surrounding nature.
While many yoga classes just focus on physical postures, Nikki Estrada can help you access yoga also through meditation, breathwork, and yoga philosophy, honoring each person exactly as they are and working with their unique strengths and needs. If you are looking to find other ways to deepen your spiritual practice or connect to your health and happiness, this retreat is for you. Whether you're new or experienced to yoga or spirituality, this weekend is designed for you to feel more integrated and aligned.

Transportation to/from Ratna Ling is NOT included - carpooling encouraged
Payments are nonrefundable and transferable to a future Ratna Ling stay or retreat
Each cottage includes TWO private rooms with queen beds, large dining & living area, gas fireplace,
spacious deck, jacuzzi tub, linens/towels/hand soap, kitchenette with tea & coffee, complimentary wireless internet. Towels and hand soap are provided.
vegetarian meals are served during our weekend together.
