Details of this retreat
Calling all women yogis! We want you to feel wealthy in all the ways!
What is your relationship with money and finances? How can you feel more spiritually aligned with what you do and how you spend your time, dollars, and energy? This retreat is designed to empower and excite you when it comes to money matters and spiritual life. You can be spiritual and financially thriving!
In this retreat, we use yoga principles to activate not only our spiritual lives, but also how we spend, earn, save, invest, and share our financial resources. This weekend is for you if you are ready to:
Transform and heal your relationship to money.
Let managing finances be a spiritual and self-care practice.
Enjoy earning, saving, spending, investing, and giving.
Learn new and creative ways to work with money.
Feel GOOD, abundant, and mindful when it comes to money.
Get clarity and purpose around your finances.
We will explore how to apply yoga principles and practices to activate our financial practices. We will reflect on dharma, impermanence, integrity, balance, flexibility, equanimity, nonattachment, surrender, faith, and creativity with our money.
We will develop financial literacy, discussing terms like: 401k, IRA, crypto currency, stocks, bonds, portfolios, compound interest, dividends, bull vs bear market, and any other questions you have!
This retreat is specifically for women who want to feel CLEAR about their money, their earning, their career, and their future. We want you to to have choices and power around how you earn, save, and spend. We want you to feel independent and free in your life, and we know it takes time, re-education, and rewiring of the nervous system.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:
Amy, "the Money Yogini", is the founder of The Prosperity Practice and creator of the Mindful Money approach. With a unique blend of expertise in finance, yoga, and personal development, Amy is on a mission to transform women's relationships with money. At 23, Amy purchased her first rental property. A year later, in 2011, she launched an insurance advisory business that not only continues to thrive today but has also allowed for several months of leisurely travel each year since its inception. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Amy combines her financial acumen with yoga training to bring a unique mindfulness perspective to financial wellness. This approach nurtures both financial health and personal, physical, and spiritual growth.
Her approach is not about chasing wealth for wealth's sake, but about creating a harmonious relationship with money that supports overall wellbeing and life purpose. Through group programs, one-on-one guidance, and retreats, Amy provides a supportive environment aligning finances with core values.
You can learn more about our Spiritual Counselor here: Gloria Baraquio. Gloria has been receiving invaluable wealth coaching from Amy, and she recommends her to all of her yoga students, friends, and clients!

An energetic portal
The sanctuary, surrounded by old growth redwoods, is a very special portal where connection to the divine feels effortless and powerful. The volunteers who live on property are delightful, the cabins are lovely, the grounds an amazing and the food is magnificent! I was on a cleanse with a very limiting protocol, but at every buffet there were plenty of delicious vegan and gluten free options. I didn’t feel compromised at all! The retreat I attended was the icing on the cake. All in all there is nothing I would have changed. It was a 10 out of 10 all the way around Di

A beautiful and inviting setting for a weekend of introspection and relaxation
I attended Ratna Ling Retreat Center for a weekend group retreat focused on finding joy. The center is beautiful and well worth the drive from San Francisco. The facilities were clean and inviting and the staff was welcoming and created a peaceful environment. There are many treasures on the retreat grounds, including Redwood circles and an oak and Redwood tree that have joined to grow as one. Wild turkeys, woodpeckers and many other birds can be found throughout the grounds. We also received a special treat as the leaves on the Japanese Maples were bright pink, creating an absolutely stunning sight. I left feeling refreshed, more connected to myself and nature and inspired. I will be returning many times to Ratna Ling.
