Details of this retreat

Calling all women yogis! We want you to feel wealthy in all the ways!

What is your relationship with money and finances? How can you feel more spiritually aligned with what you do and how you spend your time, dollars, and energy?  This retreat is designed to empower and excite you when it comes to money matters and spiritual life. You can be spiritual and financially thriving!

In this retreat, we use yoga principles to activate not only our spiritual lives, but also how we spend, earn, save, invest, and share our financial resources. This weekend is for you if you are ready to:

Transform and heal your relationship to money.
Let managing finances be a spiritual and self-care practice.
Enjoy earning, saving, spending, investing, and giving.
Learn new and creative ways to work with money.
Feel GOOD, abundant, and mindful when it comes to money.
Get clarity and purpose around your finances.

We will explore how to apply yoga principles and practices to activate our financial practices. We will reflect on dharma, impermanence, integrity, balance, flexibility, equanimity, nonattachment, surrender, faith, and creativity with our money.

We will develop financial literacy, discussing terms like: 401k, IRA, crypto currency, stocks, bonds, portfolios, compound interest, dividends, bull vs bear market, and any other questions you have!

This retreat is specifically for women who want to feel CLEAR about their money, their earning, their career, and their future. We want you to to have choices and power around how you earn, save, and spend. We want you to feel independent and free in your life, and we know it takes time, re-education, and rewiring of the nervous system.

If you are ready to learn, grow, and support other women on this money journey, sign up today!

Retreat for Rest, Nature, and Learning
Ratna Ling Retreat Center is a unique center located in a idllic setting amidst Redwoods, wild turkeys, quail flying by, deer on a path, and much to learn about the Tibetan Buddhist teachings and practices. I went for a writing retreat, the Sonoma County Writers Camp with the brilliant co-founders Ellen Sussman and Elizabeth Stark. The workshops and writing and yoga were transformative, and the meals and lodging and staff were gracious and helpful. I was happy to leave my phone in a drawer in the cabin while I participated in all the wonderful activities.

Beautiful Restorative Retreat
This was my first experience at Ratna Ling and I could not be more pleased with the experience I had this past weekend. The volunteer staff go out of their way to make you feel right at home and the food was absolutely delicious and so very healthily and mindfully prepared. The cottages are tastefully appointed and their spaciousness allowed me to feel settled and supported during my retreat experience. It's so very peaceful and I hope to return at least once a year for personal restoration.

I participated in a yoga and meditation retreat with Jill Lindsay and had a wonderful experience with her as my teacher and guide through restorative yoga, breath work, chanting and sound bath work. Jill is warm and encouraging and extremely knowledgeable!

Amazing space
The setting, the staff, and the architecture make for a fantastic experience - must see! Also the feeling of a place is hard to curate but seems to come easily at Ratna Ling. I'm grateful to have been and it is now on the top of my list of retreat centers!

Thank you
