Details of this retreat
Gather with us for a weekend retreat where yoga, breathwork, and sound come together to evoke deep harmony and resonance within.
Together we will move through therapeutic asanas and breath-work that draw our attention inward, release tension in our physical bodies, and open energetic pathways.
