About this Retreat
Your Guides
Paulina left London and her corporate career 5 years ago after going through some serious illnesses, she realized how much life is precious and it was time for her to follow her heart and her dreams.
She is a licensed Hypnotherapist, Naturopath, NLP practitioner, Sophrology and Reflexology practitionner and Reiki master.
She is a licensed therapist with over 5 years experience helping clients overcome limiting beliefs, habits, phobias and to help them bring clarity to their life. She is passionate about helping client release their mental clutter, overwhelming emotions to reach their full potential. She uses NLP techniques to help clients get clarity and encourage them to create a life vision they feel motivated about.
She herself has been going through a lot of physical issues that led her to discover the healing power of nature. She started to train in aromatherapy and succeeded to cure the chronic illness she was suffering. She then became a Naturopath with a specialization in Detox and in particular detox from heavy metals and endocrine disruptors. She wanted to be able to not only help her clients with the mind, emotions, thoughts but to combine her practice with naturopathy advice on the physical sphere. She believes that mind, body and soul are very connected and an improvement in one of them will most likely have a positive impact on the others.
On top of her Hypnotherapy, NLP and Naturopathy practice, she is also a practitioner in Reflexology, Sophrology, Reiki Master, Pranic healing, Holistic massage and Amma massage. She has been living in many countries and she speaks english, french and spanish. She will be really pleased to meet you at the retreat.

Book your flight to Humberto Delgado Airport (Lisbon Airport) (LIS) in Lisbon, Portugal.
We are only 25mins from the airport (depending on traffic it can be a bit more during rush hour), we are located just 20 km away from Lisbon airport.
The easiest is to take a Uber or Taxi at the airport, the price of Uber is very reasonable and should be around €20 (depending on the time it can vary from €15 to €28). You can book a Uber or Taxis at the airport (there are plenty of them). Uber tends to be much more affordable than taxi. If needed, I can send you additional instructions in order for you to find them easily.

Accommodation
Choose between: *-Accommodation in a lovely private double bedroom with queen bed just for yourself *-Accommodation in a cozy private single bedroom just for yourself *-Accommodation in a lovely shared twin bedroom with single bed *-Accommodation in a lovely private double bedroom with your private bathroom Bed linens, towels are all provided. Whether you are on the ground floor or on the top floor, you will have access to a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom will only be shared with the other retreat participants, each bathroom will be shared with an average of 2 persons (including yourself) which will give a good chance to have the bathroom available for you. The accommodation is situated on the top floor or on the ground floor of the villa. The top floor and the ground floor have each their own kitchen with all the necessary equipment, an area with sofa to relax and terrace with outdoor furniture for you to relax. The villa has wifi (fiber). The villa has a swimming pool and a garden with beautiful fruit trees. You will have the equipment to enjoy a nice stay, with plenty of space to relax. You will probably have a chance to pet the cat that passes through the garden. The individual and collective therapies will happen in a dedicated room and there is space in the garden for activities.

We are in Caparica, south coast of Lisbon, in a privileged locations, at 7 mins from one a most beautiful beach of Portugal, still very natural. We are 20 mins from Lisbon and 25mins to airport.
The retreat center is situated in a quiet neighbourhood where you can find peace and serenity with a big garden, dedicated rooms for therapies.
