Morning practice: qi gong, yoga or meditation
Breakfast buffet
Tour in the area of the most beautiful vilalges and towns in Tuscany (Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Firenze etc.)
Nature walk - recognising the edible and non edible plants, trees
Private cooking classes
Private massage sessions
Lunch buffet from the garden to the table

Dinner buffet from the gardent to the table

Getting Here
Directions
The nearest international airport is Pisa and then Firenze. You can take a train from the airports to Pontedera-Casciana Terme and then a bus toward Volterra (number 500). You need to get off from the bus at "Splash" bus station and we will pick you up there!
Accommodation
We offer single, double or triple rooms. Bathroom are shared and cleaned every day. Big common areas inside and outside, 'the temple' is the sacred space where the classes, yoga, meditation and all sorts of activities happen. From May to October our swimming pool facing the Tuscan hills is open.
