About this Retreat
Daphne is an integrative wellbeing guide, meditation and breathwork teacher, and nervous system educator with over a decade of teaching experience. Her work bridges ancient wisdom with modern science, offering a clear and grounded approach that helps students cultivate calm, resilience, and embodied presence.
Through retreats, trainings, and ongoing practice spaces, she supports individuals in building sustainable wellbeing and developing a more skillful relationship with their inner world. She believes true wellbeing is built through consistent, compassionate practice and is devoted to helping others cultivate an inner sanctuary they can rely on in every season of life.
Stacia is a 500+ hour yoga teacher who has been teaching in Philly and South Jersey for over 15 years. She found yoga through injury as a teenage athlete and dancer and later as a pathway to heal from anxiety and depression. She has trained in Vinyasa, Alignment, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Pre-Natal, Aerial, SUP, and Thai Massage.
Deeply passionate about the practice, Stacia offers classes that both elevate and investigate its power. Students often describe her spaces as safe, soulful, and empowering. As a mama, she leads with warmth and steadiness, cultivating community, deepening self-trust, and creating space for meaningful shifts.
Her classes and Thai massage sessions are invitations to go deeper through breath and subtlety, blending creative movement with an understanding of the science behind how yoga and breath re-pattern the body and nervous system.

A Weekend Rooted in Practice, Strength, and Deep Rest
Arrive in the wooded mountains of Menla and return home feeling centered, strong, and deeply restored.
Over three nourishing days, you’ll engage in practices that cultivate steadiness, strength, and deep rest. Drawing inspiration from the rhythms of the natural world, this retreat integrates yoga, breathwork, meditation, and restorative practices to help you build an inner refuge you can return to long after the weekend ends.
Expect a well-rounded experience that balances strong, intelligently sequenced yoga practices with deeply restorative work, offering both challenge and renewal. Practices are designed to meet you where you are, supporting both exploration and ease.
Together we will explore:
Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga: Strong, thoughtfully designed flows that build strength and mobility, balanced with restorative practices that encourage release and recovery.
Pranayama + Guided Meditation: Accessible breath practices and meditation to cultivate clarity, steadiness, and emotional resilience.
Myofascial Release Ball Rolling + Resistance Stretching: Practical techniques to ease tension, improve range of motion, and support long-term functional strength.
Yoga Nidra: Guided deep rest designed to help the whole system reset.
Forest Hikes: Time on Menla’s trails to reconnect with the grounding rhythms of the world.
Sustainable Practices Workbook: A practical guide with tools and habit-building strategies to help you integrate yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness into daily life in a way that is realistic and lasting.
Daphne and Stacia have been leading retreats together at Menla since 2016, creating experiences that are grounded, skillful, and deeply supportive while honoring each participant’s inner wisdom.
Whether you are seeking renewal, strength, clarity, or time to breathe, this weekend offers space for meaningful practice in the support within community, helping you return to your inner sanctuary again and again.
