Alex cultivates space for people to come home to their true selves through intentional mindfulness experiences. She draws on her knowledge and insights gained from trainings in yoga, yoga nidra, tantric meditation, and breathwork to illuminate the path to help awaken radiant self love, spacious rest and rejuvenation, and blissful inner peace. She believes that by tending to our inner garden our external world blossoms to its fullest potential.

In this wild oasis, you will explore your body through yoga, heal yourself through sound, dive deeper into your being through meditation and circulate through breathing. Each practice is designed to strengthen your body, play with flexibility, open your heart, deepen your connection to yourself and others, and rediscover childlike joy in every moment.

Dinner at the rancho
Opening circle
Tarot card pull
Meditation
Day 2 :
Tea, mini snack
Opening meditation, yoga flow, and sound healing
Brunch at the rancho
Discover of the permaculture vegetable garden & presentation of the beehives and agaves grown for the mezcal
Walk along the water's edge to the tip of the peninsula
Dinner at the rancho
Meditation, yoga nidra
Day 3 :
Tea, mini snack
Movement and breathwork
Brunch at the rancho
River dip & temazcal ceremony
Dinner at the rancho
Slow flow and sound healing
Day 4 :
Tea, mini snack
Workout class
Free lunch & free time in malinalco, (horse back riding, or zona arqueologica possible)
