Why Mexico? Nestled along the Pacific coast lies Troncones, a serene escape amidst unspoiled beauty. Find yourself beachside in an ocean front bungalow, waking up to days filled with endless opportunities to move your body.
Expect beach workouts, cold water therapy, pool pilates, sunrise yoga, surf sessions, dance parties, hammock naps, good food and even better people (everything is optional, except for FUN).
Our goal? To turn strangers into life long friends, to push you out of your daily comfort zone, and to change the way you feel, not only on vacation but long after you’ve returned home.

Schedule
Imagine starting your day with a sunrise beach workout or yoga class, followed by cold plunge and breathwork facilitation before breakfast overlooking the ocean. Each day we offer at least 3 ways to move your body, from strength workouts, surf sessions, hikes, pilates classes, vinyasa flow, or bedtime yin. In between movement you'll have the opportunity to participate in goal setting workshops, fun group activities such as beach volley ball, or excursions around the area.
