Saturday (Arrival Day)
• Afternoon: Guests arrive at different times from the airport. Free time for arrivals, settling in, and exploring the venue.
• 6:00 PM: Welcome Gathering & Dinner.
• 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Welcome Circle. Introduction of participants and sharing intentions for the retreat.
Sunday to Thursday (Regular Schedule)
Note: Gyrokinesis and yoga classes alternate every other day.
Morning
• Before 9:00 AM: Breakfast (self-paced, available for everyone whenever they are ready).
• 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM:
• Day 1: Gyrokinesis Class.
• Day 2: Yoga Class. (Alternates between the two throughout the retreat)
• 10:00 AM – 10:15 AM: Tea/Fruit Break.
• 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Flow Therapy Movement Session.
Afternoon
• 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Lunch and Relaxation Break.
• Time for participants to eat, take naps, relax at the pool, or engage in quiet personal activities.
Late Afternoon
• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Gentle Stretching & Conversation.
• A flexible session with stretching, caring for each other’s bodies, and open dialogue, depending on the group’s needs.
Evening
• 7:00 PM: Dinner.
Special Events During the Week
• Midweek (Wednesday Tentatively):
• Morning off or Half-Day Tour (Group Decision):
• Option 1: Guided Hike or Beach Tour.
• Option 2: Relaxing day, with free time to enjoy the surroundings or explore local attractions.
• One Evening (Midweek):
• Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony (3 Hours).
• A sacred ceremony to connect deeper through cacao and sound healing.
Friday (Departure Day)
• 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Breakfast (casual, as people begin to prepare for departure).
• 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Farewell Circle and Goodbyes.
• Afternoon: Guests leave for the airport at their convenience.
