Take a break from the constant pressure of daily life and focus inward.

During this 4 day, 3 night retreat we will connect with nature and place focus on our mental health and understanding how the mind and its belief systems are the core of creating our reality. We will deep dive into root cause therapy, shadow work, inner child work, energy healing, and more.
This retreat is led by Author and Mentor Corinna Stone. She has spent many years of her life not only learning the principles and tools that she will teach but also mastering them through daily application in her own life.

Corinna has had a passion for mental health since childhood, and she has worked with many people over the years, helping them to transform their lives. With her various gifts and unique teaching style, she has had much success helping people take their power back and create the beautiful lives they deserve!

Our main focus will be self empowerment and providing the tools and guidance that will allow you to take control of your mind and ultimately create the reality you wish to experience. This unique approach to mental health takes you deep within the depths of psychology while also incorporating energy healing.

Next, we will return to our cabin for “Me Time”, where you will have several options for creative and relaxing activities to participate Later, we will reconvene for Self Love workshop. Once finished, there will be time to relax and connect with one another while a healthy dinner is prepared for you. Following dinner we will close out the night with a group activity and some tea time.

Day 3:

We will again rise and shine with a lovely breakfast and morning guided meditation on the river, followed by our Shadow Work 101 workshop. After, we will get dressed and head out to Twin Falls where we will enjoy a picnic lunch at the base of the waterfall. After, we will take a short and mild hike up to the top of the waterfall where you may take additional time to explore the area, or just take in the beautiful view. Then, we will return to the cabin for “Me Time” followed by our Pain with a Purpose painting activity.
