About MOJA Yoga & Wellness
MOJA Yoga & Wellness
Mission & Vision
Our retreat organization exists to create intentional, embodied spaces where people can slow down, soften, and return to themselves—away from the noise, urgency, and performance of everyday life.
Rooted in somatic practice, ritual, and nature-based wisdom, our retreats are designed to support nervous system regulation, deep self-connection, and meaningful community. We believe transformation doesn’t come from pushing or fixing, but from being held well—by place, by practice, and by presence.
Each retreat is thoughtfully curated to honor the whole person: body, mind, heart, and spirit. Through movement, rest, ceremony, and honest connection, participants are invited to remember what it feels like to inhabit their bodies with trust, pleasure, and agency. We exist to offer spaces that feel
