This was a truly magnificent experience.
This is not your typical retreat. There is real work on your deepest insecurities, fears and emotions and goes full circle teaching you how to truly enjoy life and every wonderfull things that it brings. It's a really diverse experience with each day focusing on one of the following buddhist virtues: Loving-kindness, compassion, Empathetic joy and equanimity. These are profoundly important virtues and there is a great creativity behind how these are incorporated into the daily activities.
