Samadhi Yoga Ashram offers a comprehensive 200-Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training designed for practitioners who wish to explore Kundalini Yoga, Tantra, meditation, energy practices, and traditional Himalayan yoga teachings in greater depth. The program combines classical Kundalini Sadhana with practical training and theoretical study, creating a strong foundation for both personal practice and professional teaching.

The training explores the traditional understanding of Kundalini Shakti, chakras, nadis, prana, and the subtle energy body. Students are gradually introduced to practices designed to develop awareness, concentration, breath control, meditation, and deeper understanding of the yogic energy system.

*Training Dates & Duration*

The program starts on the *1st of every month* and runs for *25 days*, providing an immersive residential 200-Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training experience in Rishikesh.

The program includes *175 hours of classroom training and 25 hours of self-study*, completing a total of *200 hours*. Daily repetition of the practices allows students to gradually develop a consistent personal Sadhana rather than learning the practices only theoretically.

*Residential Accommodation*

The training is fully residential, with students staying at Samadhi Yoga Ashram throughout the 25-day program. Private and shared accommodation options are available, providing students with an immersive environment for study, practice, meditation, and yogic living.

*Daily Sattvic Meals*

The residential program includes *three freshly prepared vegetarian Sattvic meals every day*. Vegan meals can also be accommodated upon request. The meals are designed to provide wholesome nourishment while supporting students during their intensive daily yoga and meditation practices.

*Study Materials & Yoga Props*

Students receive printed and digital study materials along with yoga accessories and props, including a yoga mat, bolster, belt and other required practice equipment. A Neti pot and rubber Neti kit are also included.

*Daily Yogic Schedule*

The daily routine combines traditional Kundalini practices with theory and meditation. Students begin their day with silence, Kundalini Yoga, Tantra Pranayama and mantra chanting. The day continues with Kundalini Tantra theory, spiritual anatomy, philosophy, Kriya Yoga, Bandha and Mudra practice, followed by Chakra Meditation and Yoga Nidra in the evening.

*Workshops, Excursions & Cultural Experiences*

The residential experience includes weekly workshops with visiting teachers, excursions to local temples and nearby places of interest, and opportunities to experience the spiritual and cultural atmosphere of Rishikesh. Students can also experience the Ganges and the Himalayan surroundings while following an authentic ashram-style routine.

*Airport Pickup*

Complimentary pickup from *Dehradun Airport* is included for students joining the residential program.

*Certification*

Upon successful completion of the training, students receive a *200-Hour Kundalini Yoga completion certificate from Samadhi Yoga Ashram* and are eligible to register with *Yoga Alliance USA as an RYT 200*. The program is offered at the RYS 200 level and provides a foundation for students who wish to continue into advanced 300-hour and 500-hour Kundalini programs.

*Who Can Join*

The program is suitable for *beginner to intermediate-level practitioners* who wish to explore Kundalini Yoga in a structured residential environment. It is suitable for students looking to deepen their personal Sadhana as well as those who wish to develop professional teaching skills in Kundalini Yoga.

The 25-day residential immersion provides an opportunity to practice Kundalini Kriya, Tantra Pranayama, meditation, mantra, Bandhas, Mudras and chakra practices while living and studying in the spiritual environment of Rishikesh, on the banks of the Ganges.

Directions

The nearest international airport is Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) in New Delhi. From Delhi, the most convenient way to reach Rishikesh is by taking a domestic flight to Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun (DED), which is the closest airport to our ashram.

Jolly Grant Airport is approximately 15–20 kilometers from Samadhi Yoga Ashram. We provide a complimentary airport pickup from Dehradun Airport for our students. Once your flight details are shared with us, our driver will be there to receive you and bring you directly to the ashram.

Alternatively, guests can travel from Delhi to Rishikesh by train, bus, or private taxi. Trains and buses are available from New Delhi to Haridwar, which is about 25 kilometers from Rishikesh. From Haridwar, a short taxi ride will bring you to the ashram.

For those who prefer a direct journey, we can also arrange a private taxi pickup from Delhi Airport at an additional cost. We recommend planning your arrival to Dehradun Airport for the most comfortable and convenient travel experience.
