About this Retreat
(Our Master, Founder, Meditation)
After practicing yoga from the very early age of 12, he decided to leave his family and friends behind to pursue the yogic path and meet his first Yoga Master - Narayan Muni at Jharsuguda Muni Samaj Yoga Ashram. It was here he took his first steps into the Himalayan Tradition. In 1988 he met his second Yoga Master - Swami Niranjan Ji to learn the wisdom of the Vedas. There he came across the Jnana Yoga (knowledge), which taught him the important lessons in the path to self-realization. After joining Sri Satya Sai Baba's ashram to learn the spiritual beauty and value of Karma Yoga (charity work), his life changed completely. There he learned that he had to undergo heart surgery. That experience made him realize the importance of charity. In the year 2001, he left home for the last time. The decision to become a monk had been made and his wonderings eventually led to the holy city of Rishikesh. Here once again he met the Himalayan Yoga Tradition, but this time to never leave it again. After studying and practicing yoga under Swami Veda's motherly heart, his greatest guru, and becoming a master in the Himalayan Tradition, he opened his first Yoga School, where we welcome students and seekers from all around the world to carry on India's most important heritage, Yoga.

Born on the banks of the sacred Ganga, Anant Jethuri’s journey has been deeply shaped by spiritual masters and the wisdom of ancient sciences. His curiosity about the union of body, mind, and spirit led him to explore the profound connections between Yoga, Anatomy, Physiology, and Ayurveda. With a Master's in Biology and experience teaching health sciences in Rishikesh, Anant expanded his knowledge through 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training, embracing the healing power of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy.
Through his teachings, Anant blends modern science with timeless wisdom, guiding others on a path to holistic health, balance, and spiritual well-being. His approach empowers individuals to harmonize their body, mind, and soul, achieving optimal health through the synergy of Yoga, Ayurveda, and spiritual practice.
(Hatha Yoga Teacher)
Ashutosh Mishra born and brought up in Rishikesh, also known as the international capital of yoga. It was in his gene to relish and explore the significant ancient art of yoga, and he is strongly rooted in Hatha yoga and Therapeutic yoga. His style of teaching is a dynamic combination of intelligent sequencing and alignment for the body and health condition of the person. He was introduced to yoga at a very delicate age. So his father enters him at the University of Patanjali. He spent three years at the university and receive his Bachelor’s Degree in yogic science. He did obtain his master’s in yoga therapy from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. After finishing his master’s in yoga therapy he decided to carry the mantle of promoting yoga and help all the possible people who longing for help through yoga by being a yoga teacher. He commenced practicing karma yoga in the domain of Ashram, give allowance to local and international students to surmount the cultural barrier, and discover the lifestyle of the Ashram. He is teaching to all the others students with both therapeutic and TTC, and also joining a class of other teachers in all possible opportunity make Ashutosh Ji turn the finest skills and the “continue to improve” mindset make a great asset for any organization.

Sajan is a calm and composed soul, dedicated to living his life in a yogic way. With a Master’s degree in Yoga and certification as an E-RYT 200, Sajan has devoted himself to the transformative practices of meditation and Yoga philosophy, driven by his lifelong aspiration to embody serenity and balance. Sajan’s journey in Yoga has not only shaped his personal growth but also inspired him to guide others toward inner peace in a world often dominated by materialistic pursuits. As a motivational speaker, Sajan brings a unique blend of inspiration and tranquility to his sessions. Sajan’s strong, resonant voice creates a sacred atmosphere, especially when he chants mantras, leaving a profound impact on his audience. Sajan firmly believes that as we chase the materialistic world, we are increasingly burdened by stress and depression—a cycle that must be broken. From New Delhi, you can reach Rishikesh by:
• Domestic Flight: Take a short flight (approx. 45 minutes) to Jolly Grant Airport (DED) in Dehradun, the nearest airport to Rishikesh (around 20–30 minutes by road). We provide free airport pickup from Dehradun Airport.
• Train: Trains are available from New Delhi to Haridwar Railway Station, which is about 25 km from Rishikesh. From Haridwar, you can take a taxi or local transport to reach our center.
• Taxi / Private Car: A direct drive from New Delhi to Rishikesh takes approximately 5–6 hours, depending on traffic.
