A Day On Retreat...
Imagine you wake up to soothing ocean waves, sunshine and tropical birds singing each day! Followed by a peaceful private perspective breakfast in your comfortable lounge chair surrounded by beauty and tranquility with your favorite book, you enjoy your new morning ritual.
You delight in exotic floral fragrances and feel the gentle ocean breeze as you relax and gain a deeper appreciation of personal time each day. Comfortably embraced in this peaceful shady nook, you enjoy every bite of your flavorful breakfast as you anticipate an exciting day ahead...
After breakfast, we can join on our tree top yoga terrace or in a quiet peaceful spot in nature by the sea for supportive yoga or Pilates, breathwork and meditation. You will enhance your energy flow as you connect deeper with yourself in your own body and with your source.
On some days you will engage in powerful hypnotherapy sessions personalized to your needs to benefit you moving forward. On other days you will learn tangible mind-body techniques, experience energy healing therpies, shadow work and inner child work and life coaching to help you heal deeply, alleviate doubt and anxiety, and create positive change within you.
You will enjoy personal relaxation time each day that you could use to relax by the pool, on the beach or enjoy one of our artistic explorations. You can explore the joy of creating freely without judgment, just enjoying the calm it brings and the creativity you feel.
At lunch, you be nurtured with healthy gourmet vegetarian meals and mentally stimulated by engaging discussions that are thoroughly aligned with journaling experiences to create positive change in your perspective and in your life.
In the evening we will join for a sunset sharing session to reflect on the day's events, share our personal insights and enjoy the natural beauty!
We will end the day with another delicious meal made with love you can taste and a delightful dessert we will savor with any afterthoughts of the day and joyful anticipation for tomorrow!
