San Flaviano Monastery in the mountains of Umbria, Italy, the private residence of your host Tess Hunneybell. The first stones were laid in the 8th century and completed in the 15th century. It has been the mountain residence of both St Francis and St Benedictine who both spent time here meditating and praying. Newly restored in 2013 it now hosts intimate healing retreats.
