About this Retreat
RETREAT DIRECTOR
He has been dedicated to human development since 2011. After quitting his job in the International Trade & Logistics field, he decided to reconnect with his vocational path, health and wellness. After a decade of research and studies, Fer has achieved deep knowledge about holistic health techniques, plant medicine, entrepreneurship, and group leadership. He also runs his own business since 2017 and he is a blue-belt jiu-jitsu athlete and musician.
Among other life experiences, he has lived in China, The Philippines, Spain and Peru. It was in Peru where he conducted his deepest research on traditional and ancestral medicine going into a self-exploring process which brought remarkable changes in his way of thinking and perceiving reality.
He wrote and published his first book "Transformation in Base 4" in 2021 which talks about self-development based on the ancestral knowledge of the 4 elements. He also launched in 2022 his first album "Gotas de Vida".
RETREAT FACILITATOR & HOST
Peppi is a visionary from the island of Malta. He is an experienced & certified ecological designer holding a Master of Science in Ecological Architecture and a certified permaculturist, alternative farmer, teacher, consultant, and also the founder of the Permaculture Research Foundation for Malta. He has taught several courses over many years and spoken at high-level circles including the Common Wealth Foundation.
Peppi started out working on permaculture projects at the young age of 21 while he was travelling in Australia. Peppi connected deeply with the mindset of permaculture and became passionate about the positive and integrative attitude that it promotes. He made it his mission to share this with as many people as possible and co-create projects to showcase its potential. From then on he worked on a number of projects in Australia until he eventually returned to Malta where he started the Bahrija Oasis project.
In 2018 Peppi decided to look for another opportunity close to the ocean and the surf, and that is how he landed near Ericeira, Portugal. He owns, leads and manages Zee Barn, the permaculture project which will host us during the retreat.

Directions
We will provide detail information to those who participate in the retreat to preserve the privacy and safety of the space during the retreat. To arrive you can do it with your own vehicle, booking an uber or taxi or renting a car.
Accommodation
We will be sleeping in a shared dorm. The centar has a common kitchen area & living room, hamocks in the gardens, dry toilets and hot showers.

The retreat will be hold in an amazing permaculture center in the coast of Portugal. Only 45 minutes from Lisbon ariport. The center is in a very priviledge area where we will have privacy, nature contact and all the facilities and tools for the development of our Alpha Men Retreat.
