About this Retreat
Your Guides
Demi has studied psychology and a 3-year-long healing education.
She works mainly intuitively during her retreats because she developed her own way of working with energy.
She calls it 'Source-Aligned-Healing', and combines it with creativity and nature's energies.
It is her passion to help someone remember their own healing potential, soul-essence, and inner wisdom.

Our cozy retreat center, nestled in the midst of Swedish nature and surrounded by mossy rocks, trees, and lakes, offers a ‘safe haven’ for a small-scale group retreat with a maximum of 4 women. This is a place where you can rest, recharge, and awaken your inner light. Experience the art of slowing down, connect with your feminine and creative energy, and become captivated by the beauty of nature – fully present in the moment.

Directions
Our location is 25 minutes below Växjö and lies between Hovmantorp and Lessebo.
It's in the countryside in the middle of the woods, near a beautiful lake, and is called 'Hässle Anneberg'. If you book the retreat I will give you a more detailed explanation of how you get here.
If you arrive at Copenhagen airport, it's approximately 3 hours with the train to Hovmantorp. There I will pick you up with the car (10 more minutes to retreat center).

Accommodation
Our small-scale retreatcenter has 3 private sleeping rooms and a large shared relaxation area, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Besides that, we have a private caravan in our forest garden with private garden and separate bathroom/toilet on the outside of the building. The retreatcenter is surrounded by nature and we have several relaxing spots in our forest-garden. You can roam around the terrain in your free time, sit on mossy rocks and discover the beauty and of nature.

In the retreat building, there are 3 sleeping rooms, of which 2 are private rooms and 1 is a shared room. There is also a big shared area in the building with multiple places to sit, 2 toilets, one bathroom and a kitchen with meadow-view.
