Our mission is to share authentic traditional yoga, meditation, and spiritual teachings that bring greater stability, serenity, and balance into everyday life. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of India, our approach goes beyond physical practice to nurture the body, calm the mind, and awaken inner awareness. We welcome students from around the world to our Yoga Alliance certified school in Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World. Through yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and mindful living, we encourage personal, emotional, and spiritual growth while helping students discover the deeper meaning and transformative power of yoga as a way of life.Our teachings are centered around the traditional dimensions of yoga, with a strong focus on yoga asana, pranayama, meditation.

Nestled in the peaceful neighborhood of Tapovan, Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh, our campus is surrounded by the lush Himalayan mountains and just minutes from the sacred Ganges River. The ashram features 3 dedicated yoga halls, a yoga library, dining area, Ayurvedic spa, recreational spaces, and comfortable shared and private rooms — all within a serene, pollution-free environment ideal for deep practice and study.

The nearest international airport is Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) in New Delhi, which is well connected with major cities worldwide.
From New Delhi, you can reach Rishikesh by:
• Domestic Flight: Take a short flight (approx. 45 minutes) to Jolly Grant Airport (DED) in Dehradun, the nearest airport to Rishikesh (around 20–30 minutes by road). We provide free airport pickup from Dehradun Airport.
• Train: Trains are available from New Delhi to Haridwar Railway Station, which is about 25 km from Rishikesh. From Haridwar, you can take a taxi or local transport to reach our center.
• Taxi / Private Car: A direct drive from New Delhi to Rishikesh takes approximately 5–6 hours, depending on traffic.
